Start by going to www.irctc.co.in, which is the IRCTC website.
Now, go to the My Account page on the homepage. the link
Now, click on My Transaction in the drop-down menu.
Here, you can choose one of the File TDR options to TDR the file.
Now you can see the information about the person whose name is on the ticket.
Now, fill in your PNR number, train number, and captcha code, and then check the box next to “Cancellation rules.”
Now you click the “Submit” button.
After that, an OTP will be sent to the number you put on the form when you booked.
After you put the OTP in this box, click “Submit.”
Check the PNR information and click Cancel ticket.
