Even though it had been years since Keenan Cahill became a YouTube star, he was still well-known and popular until he died in 2022.
In 2010, he posted a video of himself lip-syncing to one of Katy Perry’s songs, which brought him a lot of attention.
It saddened fans to hear that the social media star died tragically on the last day of the year. Many of them had hoped that he would recover from the recent heart surgery and ring in the New Year with happy thoughts and wishes.

His family said that he was 27 years old when he died. He was born in 1995.
Besides often posting on his social media accounts, Keenan went on tours worldwide and worked with famous musicians like 50 Cent, Mary Petty, David Guetta, and more.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, he was worth $425,000 when he died.
Only a week before reversing his open-heart surgery, Keenan publicly talked about his situation and let his fans follow his progress.
On December 13, he wrote, “For those who want to know. The surgery will take place on December 15.
In a previous post, he wrote, “One week until open heart surgery. Good luck to me. Love ya’ll.”
Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome affected him.
Maroteaux-Lamy syndrome was found in Keenan when he was only one-year-old. It is said to affect the heart and other organs.
In his fundraising ad campaign, he wrote the situation is (*27*) and “causes many tissues and organs to swell, become inflamed or scarred, and eventually die.”
